Working with colleagues has always been at the heart of our ethos and our approach to software development.
We believe that software vendors have a vital role to play in the development and delivery of better healthcare, but that vision can only be realised when collaboration with clients forms the core of the development process.
Over the last 22 years, Informatics CIS has worked closely with the people who use our products and those who may be positively affected by the introduction of new software. Those groups have included clinicians, nurses, patients and academics.
This collaboration means that we have discovered new and more effective ways of presenting information, have refined the way in which people use our products and has facilitated research and investigation leading to insight and improvement.
An example of this was provided in 2011 when colleagues in the University Medical Centre Utrecht (UMCU), Holland, investigated how web-based preoperative assessment could be used to assess risk preoperatively. The outcomes were not only interesting, but can lead to improvements in care.
We’d be pleased to talk to you about your requirements and how we can help you to improve care in your service. We offer best of breed solutions to preoperative assessment and anaesthetic information management, and will undertake bespoke and enhanced software development specific to your service.
