Synopsis, part of Intouch with Health, is pleased to announce it continues to be recognised as ISO 27001 Information Security Management compliant.
In August 2019, Synopsis became part of Intouch with Health and as a result of that acquisition, Synopsis iQ and Synopsis Home are audited as part of the Intouch with Health Patient Journey Platform.
Intouch with Health’s ISO 27001 certification has been maintained following a thorough and detailed inspection by the British Assessment Bureau.
The highest possible level of data security
After initially being recognised as ISO 27001 compliant three years ago, Intouch with Health undertook the recertification audit which is similar to the extensive initial ISO auditing process. The recertification audit reviews the complete company processes and systems from beginning to end alongside investigating continued commitment to continual improvement.
The highest possible level of data security is essential in delivering the very best and most efficient patient flow and pre-operative technology to our customers in the NHS and across the wider healthcare sector.
Intouch is therefore delighted the British Assessment Bureau is satisfied that Intouch with Health is committed to keeping its data, staff and premises secure. Intouch continues to be permitted to display the coveted British Assessment Bureau quality shield logo to demonstrate conformance to the ISO 27001 Information Security Management standard.
