Synopsis Healthcare has been awarded Runner Up in the Innovation Award category at last night’s NHS in the North Excellence in Supply Awards at The Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds.
Synopsis was nominated for the Innovation Award following a project at Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to digitise the hospital’s pre-operative assessment system. As a result of this project, which saw Synopsis iQ integrated into the patient pathway, Aintree has removed a reliance on paper, reduced costs and introduced a level of consistency and risk management not previously possible.
In what was a memorable night, Intouch with Health was also awarded the Acute Sector Award following a transformation project at Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
