Digital Health that’s ‘ready to go global’
The expanded Department for International Trade’s UK Digital Health Playbook, #Beyond100, showcases UK digital health innovators helping to solve the challenges facing healthcare systems, as well as being the ‘best of British talent in Digital Health that’s ready to go global’.
Synopsis joins other VitalHub UK organisations, Intouch with Health, Transforming Systems and MCAP in the expanded Playbook. Intouch with Health and Transforming Systems were also included in the original version of the Playbook, the First 100, which was released in 2021.
The expanded playbook, #Beyond100, released in January 2022, incorporates an additional 65 organisations into the Playbook, and sees Synopsis and MCAP included in the 165 organisations highlighted by the Department of International Trade as organisations ‘ready to go global’.
The expanded #Beyond100 Playbook articulates the exportable strengths that the UK has in health tech and showcases those that stand out for being tried and tested and most importantly, making a difference across one of the most complex health systems in the world.”
Unlocking challenges facing global healthcare
When announcing the playbook on LinkedIn, Dr Mike Short CBE, Chief Scientific Advisor at the Department for International Trade (DIT) said:
